- Retool their skills for whatever their second chapter might look like: Starting your own business, searching for a new job, looking for alternatives jobs such as freelance and consulting. (RETOOL)
- Connect the individual to the opportunities of engagement and work in either the profit or nonprofit community. (CONNECT)
